A light yellow timbre with green hints, featuring aromas of the Antonovka type of apples, as well as pears and a sharp, decisive flavour, typical for Veltiner at the top. Lois 2015 has a much more complete, fruity mouth taste, balanced out by delicate acidity. It leaves an extended, citrus-driven finish. It suits perfect as an aperitif or when served with starters, salads, a Wiener schnitzel and vegetable-based dishes.

A light yellow timbre, with extremely fresh and breezy aromas of peaches, cherry blossom and elderflower at the top. It has a phenomenally crisp, refreshing mouth taste, at the same time remaining dense and creamy. In fact, this light, easy-to-drink wine is rich in flavours of pears, mature peaches and apricots, well balanced with refreshing acidity. Best served with cheese, sushi dishes and smoked trout.

A biodynamic, eco and vegan wine.
A mature red apple and peach at the top, making the wine appearing to be well-settled and very mature. It has a very fruity, slightly spicy mouth taste, with delicate texture and strong body. This wine has a very strong and long-lasting finish, due to parts of the wine maturing „sur lie”, while other parts – in large locust tree barrels. All this allows for the wine to be stored until 2025. Best served with light white meats, starters and vegetarian cuisine.

The perfume of this wine is wonderfully clean, fitted with aromas of fresh white peaches and apricots. The plethora of mouth tastes is refreshing, fruity and rather light. A delicate herbal hint is reinforced by acidity and very clear, fresh fruity aroma. This wine, coming from a singular vineyard, matures for 6 months on yeast „sur lie”, which yields a complex, elegant and distinguished taste. It is best served with fish, Asian dishes, as well as boletus risotto. Could be stored until 2025.

A biodynamic, eco and vegan wine. The top aroma is filled with yellow apples, with a delicate smokey hint. Its taste is rather spicy, strong, with additions of minerals and yellow plums. This particular vintage is more delicate, remaining at the same time extensive and strong. The Spiegel winery yielded in 2014 a wine which is exceptionally light, but tempting through its elegance and strength. It matures „sur lie” for nine months, including three months in large barrels. It is possible to be consumed now, or stored until 2024. Best served with light white meats, salads and meat and vegetable roasts.

A biodynamic, eco and vegan wine.
A wonderful floral flavour, with a hint of lime and lemon, enriched by peaches and apricots. A mouth taste composed of apparent, though a little tiring acidity, with significant texture, as well as limes and citrus fruits. It is a wine type that is complex, challenging, but giving satisfaction. An exceptionally long finish is possible due to 10 months of maturing „sur lie”. It is way too tasty to be served with food, but if necessary, it fits best with veal, including roasted ones, fish or delicate cheese types. Can be stored for as long as 2043! Decantation necessary.

A biodynamic, eco, macerated and vegan wine.An experimental type of wine, macerated for approximately four weeks and later maturing on yeast „sur lie” for the next 16 months. It wears a transparent, red and orange colour. The plethora of the top aromas includes rose buds, orange peel, mature fruits, spices and nutmeg. It fills up completely every single taste bud and remains there for a longer while. Very delicate tannins add structure, which almost makes one willing to chew the wine. It is long-lasting and very particular. Best served with grilled meats, Asian cuisine and cheese. Can be stored even until 2035.

Best served with vegetables, asparagus, as well as light, summerly dishes.
